The new package has a lot at its disposal to entice both old and new gamers. From a hype building web series to the inclusion of Kratos on the PS3 version’s roster, there hasn’t been this much excitement surrounding the Mortal Kombat series in some time. Not to mention the variety of special edition flavors that await a proper tasting from players burdened with too much cash.
And if there was ever a game to use as a scapegoat for some horrifically unspeakable act you’ve been patiently waiting to commit, the time is almost here. Looking to decapitate your neighbor? That pesky heart lodged too firmly in your boss’ chest? Go for it. Just remember to blame the game. Say it again: “Blame the game.” It wants you to, as long as you buy a copy. Spend-tality!
Mortal Kombat will be finishing the competition April 19th on the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3.
